InterFAX Internet Fax
for Microsoft® Office 2003/2007
Interfax enables Microsoft® Office users to send faxes directly from the Microsoft® Office suite, which includes among others: Microsoft® Word, Excel®, and Outlook®.
After completing a simple activation procedure, Interfax subscribers can send a fax by simply selecting File -> New Internet Fax from Outlook or File -> Send Internet Fax from all other Office applications.

Prices
Send faxes for between $0.07 to $0.11 per page (€0.07 to €0.09, £0.04 to £0.07), with no setup fee or monthly subscription charges. Receive faxes for a monthly subscripton fee of $12.95 per month (€9.50, £7.50).
