I'm trying to set up faxes to send to 16 different locations and they must hit each location at 4:30 pm. Where a lot of the locations have different timezones I need to know what the postpone format really means
2007-03-14T20:30:00-04:00 what is the offset in the format. is 4 minutes hrs or am I completely missing it?
