Hi!
I'm sending outbound faxes with InterFax by building and sending an email message from my web application. The fax then appears in the outbound queue and I can watch it's status changes.
The account is configured to send the confirmation mail back "Always", ie. both on success and failure. The account is configured to send plain-text emails. The reply-to address that is specified in the fax mails and in the outbound queue is correct. A simple test message to that address comes through fine, from gmail.com, for example. No bounce. I tried that several times.
But the confirmation mails never reach that address. Looking at the mailserver logs I can even tell that your mailserver never tries to connect to our server to push the email. Why?
My account name is "kurmanka" and I'm talking about the last several fax transmissions (during the last 5 days or so). If necessary, I can mail the other details.
Please help. I need those confirmation mails.
