How do I send a fax?
Sending a fax using InterFAX is very simple:
1. Compose an email as you normally would. If you are sending an attachment in your email, only this will be sent unless you add /b to the end of your subject line; in which case both the body and attachment will be sent.
2. Enter the fax number into the ‘To’ field – remembering to add @fax.tc at the end. If you are sending to an international fax number please remember to use the country code.
3. Then hit the send button. Your fax has now been sent.
What file formats do you accept?
If you are sending attachments in your faxes you will be pleased to know that we accept all common file types, including; Word, Excel, PDF, JPG, Rich Text Format, Plain Text and Zip files.
How do I know if the fax has delivered?
You will receive an automatic confirmation letting you know when your fax has arrived. It is also possible to check this in your Control Panel under in Outbound Queue in the Fax Queues tab.
Can I send faxes from any computer or only the one I sign up on?
You can send faxes from wherever you can access your email account registered with InterFAX. There aren’t any downloads or installations you need to make so you are not limited to one computer.
What happens after the trial?
At any point during or after your free trial you can automatically upgrade to a full account by purchasing credit. To do this, please go to the ‘Purchase’ tab once you have logged into your InterFAX account.
You will keep the same number and any contact lists you have created, as well as any reports/ queues already generated.
