Send a Fax from Microsoft Office
InterFAX is fully integrated with Microsoft Office 2003 - 2010, allowing you to send faxes directly from Word, Excel and PowerPoint with using the Send by Internet Fax feature.
You need to activate this feature in your installation of Office. This is done through your InterFAX account. For instructions on how to do this click here. After activation, you can send a fax as described on this page.

Instructions

1. Click on Start/ File depending on which version of Office you are using.
2. On the menu select Send.
3. Select Internet Fax.

(To send from Office without activating this feature click on Start->Send->Email. You will need to format the fax number correctly by adding @fax.tc.)
4. The document will be converted into a "tif" and an attached to an email which will open automatically.
5. Enter the fax number or select from contact list. It is not necessary to add @fax.tc.
6. Click Send.

To check the status of your fax please log into your control panel.
