In The Event of An Outage

InterFAX is committed to providing the highest possible availability of our internet faxing services. If you believe that an outage has occurred in our systems, and would like to report it, please contact our Network Operations Center at the number below ONLY if the following conditions are fulfilled:

  1. Your faxing service runs in production mode, that is, you have been SUCCESSFULLY and CONTINUOUSLY using PAID service for more than a week. (If not, please contact our regular support).
  2. a.) A single fax which you have submitted (i.e., not a fax broadcast with multiple recipients) is taking longer than 10 minutes to go out.
    - or -
    b.) If using the InterFAX XML Web Service, you are getting no response from the server or are getting a  -150 System Error.
  3. Your faxes are urgent (e.g. online ordering systems) and cannot wait for resolution by our regular support.
