The Interfax infrastructure was relocated today. The network's design emphasizes redundancy, to enable immediate faxing at all times. This has been achieved by duplicating critical subsystems and making remote nodes "intelligent" and capable of semi-autonomous operation.
At the new location, network connections and power supplies have additionally been duplicated, while power sources have been improved to further avoid single points of failure. |
