Added support for outbound fax service header configuration

Added support for outbound fax service will allow flexibility and control of auto-generated header line.

We have released a new feature which gives users full control over the display of a fax header at the top of each outbound page. This feature allows users to hide or display the transmission date & time, page number, total pages, sending machine identifier, receiving machine identifier, and free text.

Accessed through the user's outgoing preferences screen, the feature is very simple to set using a header wizard to define the location and visibility of each field.

Leaving the text box empty causes Interfax to send no fax header.
