Fax from Web Site
The Challenge
Orders are received on a store's website, which is hosted off-location. The store is not equipped to handle incoming reservations, orders, and appointments by email or web (examples: restaurants, florists, dentists, and others) and needs to receive these by fax.
Fax Transmission Solution
InterFAX may be used as a back-office faxing solution to enable the reservation, order, or appointment to be faxed from the website to the store premises. The user places a standard HTML form on the website to accept visitors' registrations, which may be stored and thereafter forwarded through Interfax's email-to-fax or XML Web Service interfaces.
Visitors to the website never notice that their submission is being forwarded by fax.
Some simple programming is required and may be accomodated by the tools in our Developer section. |
