Can I manage more than one user under my account?
Yes, one account can hold an unlimited number of users, each with their own preferences (i.e., transmission settings, reception settings, time zone, etc.). Every user has his own username and password. A user designated as the 'primary user' for the account can edit general account settings, add users and purchase pre-paid cards under the account.
Does InterFAX give me any useful reports to manage my users' activity?
Yes, you can receive a detailed usage report by email. This report will be generated automatically every hour/day/week/month (you decide) and can arrive in one of several formats - ASCII/CSV/XML/HTML. The report will show you precisely who has been using what when, so you can control your costs.
